Dexter Robinson is a Long Beach-based pianist, guitarist, and music teacher. He been playing piano since he was five years old, focusing on classical piano until discovering jazz at the age of 14. In recent years, he has worked his way into prominence in the Long Beach music scene, playing with his jazz band, Like Minds. Dexter has cultivated musical relationships with the Long Beach Arts Council, the Downtown Long Beach Alliance, the Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association, as well as local restaurants and music venues.
